He is survived by: his children, Brandon Rutledge (Madison) of Tacoma, WA, Bobby Woolsey (Kyra) of Rock Island and Deena Nolan (Eugene) of McMinnville; his former wife Donna Rutledge; his brothers, Kurt Rutledge (Shelia) of Rock Island and Keith Rutledge of Rock Island; his aunts and uncles, Bobby Rutledge (Lola) of Rock Island, Wayne Alverson (Gina) of Columbia, SC, Danny Alverson of Columbia, SC, Debbie Farr (Jan) of Corban, KY, Sandy Goldstein (Steve) of Columbia, SC, Lisa Rutledge of Dunlap, Pamela Rutledge Disbro Felty (Harry) of Rock Island and Robby Rutledge Williams (Scott) of Rock Island; his cousins, Jennifer Varnadoe (Scott), Freddie Alverson of Columbia, SC, Melissa Wilson (Renee) of Columbia, SC, Aaron Williams of Columbia, SC and Amber Williams of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Samhara, Joel Woolsey, Savannah and Oliver Nolan; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Rutledge, Bryton Rutledge, Justin Disbro, Jessica McKinney (Daniel), Kayla Rader (Bill) and Morgan "Mo" Rutledge. He is also survived by family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Campaign Community Center.
