He is survived by: his wife Vicki Gibbs; his children, Chris, Amanda Gibbs of McMinnville, TN, Lori and Russell Summers of Pikeville, TN; his grandchildren, Maddie, Scarlett Gibbs of McMinnville, TN, Victoria Conley of Rock Island, TN, Spencer Hale of Pikeville, TN, Megan Hale of Pikeville, TN, Noah Hale of Pikeville, TN, Kaitlyn Summers of Pikeville, TN and Trenton Summers of Pikeville, TN; his sister Patti; and his brother-in-law Bill Koontz of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
