She was predeceased by: her father Jerome Teachout; and her granddaughter Everleigh Vincent. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Vincent, Summer Spivey (Christian Gottlied), Ray Vincent (Brittany) of Smithville, TN. and Seth Vincent (Kayla) of Smithville, TN.; her grandchildren, Maverick Vencent of Smithville, TN. and Johnathan Gottlied of Smithville, TN.; her mother Brenda Teachout of New York; and her brothers, Thomas Moade (Barb) of New York, Eric Teachout (Cheree) of Allons, TN and David Teachout (Melissa).
The family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to help with cremation expenses in lieu of flowers.
