She was predeceased by: her parents, John McGowan and Myra Letsinger McGowan; her siblings, Pauline Fleeman, Christine Bryant, Earl McGowan, Leslie McGowan, Paul McGowan and Douglas McGowan; and her nephews, John Harrison Bryant and Leslie Paul McGowan.
She is survived by: her husband Mayford Spicer of Rock Island, TN; her son Joey; her daughter-in-law Angie Spicer of Rock Island, TN; her daughters, Sue (Jack Eaton), Kathryn (Ben Kelly) and Karen (Rodney Roach); and her grandchildren, Emily, Greg Harrison, Charlotte, Tim Evans, Wesley, Katy Eaton, Coby, Jade Spicer, Caleb, Taylor Ranstrom, Kelsey, Jon Kelly, Kyle Roach, BJ Kelly and Hannah Kelly. She is also survived by ten Great-Grandchildren along with special nieces, nephews and cousins.
