He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Sr. Kupczyk and Adeline Wisniewski Kupczyk. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Kupczyk (Katherine Zucca) of Arlington, VA and Bryan Kupczyk of Knoxville, TN; and his siblings, Judith Semke (Lou) of Kenosha, WI, Patricia Strang (Robert) of McHenry, IL and Timothy Kupczyk (Candace Christman) of Prospect Heights, IL. He is also survived by three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to St. Catherine's Church or the Lymphoma Research Foundation.
