He is survived by: his children, Kelly Rhea Beu (Lyle) of Rock Island, TN, Brian Scott Blakely (Jodie) of Walling, TN, Jeffery Todd Blakely of Rock Island, TN and Jesse Wayne Blakely of Long Beach, CA; his grandchildren, Ashliegh Dawn Romero (Eddie), Heidi Alyse Blakely, Megan Breeann Strauss, Tylor James Blakely, Austin Joe Blakely, Laylina Rose Blakely and Cash James Blakely; his great grandchildren, Michael, Alexis, Audrina and Charlotte; and his siblings, James Michael Blakely, Patricia Gail Dower, Sandra Dean Chappa and Carmen Denise Lombardino. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
