He is survived by: his children, Susan Cotten Arroyo (Eric) of Orlando, FL, Charlene Cotten McGinley (Brian) of Langhorne, PA and Charles Gregory Cotten of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Savannah Arroyo, Nathan Arroyo, Arianna McGinley, Alyson McGinley, Brynn McGinley, Harmony Cotten and Christian Cotten; his siblings, Greg Cotten (Sherry) of Rock Island, TN, Paul L. Cotten, II of Walling, TN and Lesa Cotten of McMinnville; and his close friends, Kelly Cotten Bush and Rocky.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Cotten's Marina (1967 Rock Island Rd, Rock Island, TN 38581).
