She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Joseph and Dessie Youngblood Mayfield; and her husband Ronnie Clark (Louie McCoy). She is survived by: her son Kevin Clark (Brenda) of Ethridge, TN; her grandchildren, Tyler Clark (Amber) of McMinnville, Trey Clark (Julie) of McMinnville, Megan Evans (Landon) of Iowa and Livia Carter (Holden) of McMinnville; her great grandchildren, Elijah, Jayce, Eliza and Oliver; and her siblings, Carletta Wells (Rodney) of Lake City, TN and Dennis Mayfield (Gayle) of Cookeville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
