She is survived by: her parents, Greg Kelly of West Virginia and Carolyn Kelley Yates (Tim) of Rock Island; her husband Raymond Sparks of Manchester; her children, Tristan Alexander O'Neal, Elijah Wayne Crouch and Willow Raelynn Sparks; and her sister Crystal Kelly.
