He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Sue Ellis; and his sister Jennifer Lee Ellis. He is survived by: his father Samuel Huling Ellis; his sisters, Peggy Lynn Washam and Jacqueline Hope Ellis; his nieces and nephews, Tyler Terry, Zachary Bohl, Bethany Epperson (Colby Epperson) and Haley Terry (Dorian Smallwood); and his great-nieces, Macie Danielle, Catelyn LeeAnn and Clara Rose. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
