He is survived by: his wife Jane Todd Garrett; his children, Angela "Terri" Keeton (Harris) and Theodore "Teddy" Garrett (Shenna); his niece Angie Todd York; his siblings, Marie Garrett Lilly and Marrian Garrett (Pansy); his grandchildren, Jatolia Keeton McDowell (Chad), Tressa Garrett West Walker (Skyler), Wesley Garrett, Gage Garrett and Theo Garrett; his great grandchildren, Kendyl West, Taite West, Elli West and Cannon Brady McDowell; and also Timothy "Tim" Garrett (Sandra).
