She is survived by: her children, Angela Keeton (Harris), Theodore Garrett (Shenna) and Timothy Garrett (Sandy); her grandchildren, Jatolia Lynn McDowell (Chad), Tressa Walker (Skylar), Wesley Garrett, Gage Garrett and Theo Garrett; her great grandchildren, Kendyl West, Ellie West, Tait West and Cannon Brady McDowell; her brother Comodore Todd (Pauline); her siblings-in-law, Louie Todd and Marion Garrett (Pansy); and her niece Angela Todd York (Angie). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
