She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Lee and Edith Davis Kiser of Robbins, TN.; and her son Thomas (Eleanor Smith Phillips). She is survived by: her husband Glenn W. Phillips (Boots) of Robbins, TN; her children, Mary Elizabeth Stephens (Libbi), Glinn W. Phillips (Delores) and Steven N. Phillips (Vicky); her grandchildren, Christina of Oneida, Aubrey Phillips of Oneida, Jessica Bell of Oneida, Olivia Phillips of Oneida, Michael Phillips of Oneida, Daniel Phillips of Oneida and Thomas Phillips of Oneida; her great grandchildren, Allica, Tara, Shannon, Carson, Noah, Evan, Eli, Madison, Hanna, Dalton, Paizlee and Brett; and her close friends, Dewayne, Dwight and Sherry Human. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
