She was predeceased by: her parents, Enmon Byrge and Betty Byrge of Robbins, Tennessee.; her husband Ernest Griffith; her great grandchild Kayla Lee-Ann Wilson; and her siblings, Daniel Byrge, Paul Byrge and Doris Daugherty.

She is survived by: her daughters, Ernestine Bowling of Oneida, TN, Clois Foster (Dennis) of Robbins, TN, Patricia Hamlin (Elmer) of Williamsburg, KY, Barbara Shepard (Glenn) of Robbins, TN and Betty Walker (George) of Robbins, TN; her grandchildren, Michelle Foster Hall, Jason Bowling, Patty, Sterling Foster (Karen), Derek Shepard (Sarah), Anthony Bowling (Kendra), Ginger Hamlin Snell (Thomas), Eric Shepard, Justin Walker (Alison) and Jordan Walker (Laura); her great grandchildren, Destiny Snell, Rilie Bowling, Jayleigh Bowling, Madison Foster, Tate Shepard, Drew Walker, McKinley Walker, Makenzie Foster, Blake Walker and Jace Walker; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Sherrie Foster, Krista Wells, Brooke Oda, Anthony Snell, Landon and Laicee Lewallen; her siblings, Imogene Burgess, Beverly Walker and Robert Byrge (Sue); her close friends, Howard, Sharon Griffith, Casandra Harris and Betty Henry; and her pet Knoxville Drake Hall. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
