He is survived by: his wife Teresa Blevins; his children, Shane Blevins (Christy), Jason Blevins (Nichole), Tim Blevins (Brooke) and Bethany Ellis (Travis); his grandchildren, Jake, Trevor, Paige, Haiden, Andy, Shaelynn, Lucas, Liriel, Presley, Kylee, Teagan and Cannon; his siblings, Judy Zalme (Bob) and Darrel Blevins (Mandy); and his brother-in-law Phil Goertz. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
