Warren Omar and Effie Collins Garrett; her husband Eddie Lewallen, Jr; her sons, Warren Eddie Lewallen, Gary David Lewallen, Dennis Lee Lewallen and William Roger Lewallen; her granddaughter Trisha Ann Lewallen; her great great grandchild Analeigh Lynne Jones; and her siblings, Bertie Chambers and Roy Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Connie and Randy; her sister Zelma; and her grandchildren, Christy, Daryl Davis, Greg, Sarah Phillips, Ronnie Morgan, Dennis Lewallen, Janice, Brandon Perry, Alicia, Aaron Chavez-Horton, Jason, Nancy Lewallen, Emily and Dave Byrd. She is also survived by grandkids; 3 great-great grandkids; and many other relatives and friends.
