She was predeceased by: her son James Edward Lowman II; her brothers, Jimmy and Rob Vandetti; her mother Joyce A. Vandetti (Kuhns); her stepfather Jim Vandetti; and her father Daniel Kerston of Pittsburgh, PA.
She is survived by: her daughter Norma Jean Blevins; her husband Roger Kemp; her grandchildren, Reagan and Tanner Blevins; her siblings, Tammy Johnson, Melanie Jarmen, Nick Vandetti of Delaware and Forie Vandettie of Delaware; her aunts, Barbara Fultz and Nancy Bell; and her uncle Bob Kuhns. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as her family.
A reception was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Et Residence (162 Hogum Hollow Rd, Roan Mountain, TN 37687).
