It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie DeVon Troutman of Roan Mountain, Tennessee, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Joe" Arnett and Bertha Winters Arnett; her husband Jack Troutman; and her siblings, Jimmy Arnett, James Arnett and Sandra Kay Hughes.
She is survived by: her sisters, Kathy Elliott of Roan Mountain, Jackie Johnson of Roan Mountain and Pat Jones of Roan Mountain.
