She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Anthony. She is survived by: her parent Genevieve Kaszbua Zukauskas; her husband James Raymond Mills; her children, Shane Patrick Mills of Florida, Jennifer Grace Brewer and James R. Mills II; and her wife Jessie of Elizabethton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memorial of Susan to the Niswonger Children's Hospital, 400 N. State of Franklin, Johnson City, Tenn. 37604.
