We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2022, at the age of 92, Ruth Whittington Orr (Roan Mountain, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Whittington and Vertie Tolley Whittington; her husband Jimmie Orr; and her sister Marie Elliott. She is survived by: her daughter Pamella; her son-in-law Jim Taylor; her son Joe Orr; and her sister Delores Haley.

Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to Morgan Chapel Free Will Baptist Church or to the Free Will Baptist Family Memories.
