It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Markland of Roan Mountain, Tennessee, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gurney Markland and Ivalee Hill Markland; his wife Helen Markland; and his siblings, Jean Lyons, Lisa Wilson, Faye Campbell, Brenda Mayse, Billy Markland, Ross Markland, Eddie Markland, Herman Markland and William Markland.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Parlier, Shatona Mann, Kelly Reece and James Markland; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Wilson and Elsie Evans. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
