He is survived by: his children, Nicole Birchfield (Brandon) of Elizabethton, Jonathon Harrison of Roan Mountain and Joshua Michael Harrison of Roan Mountain; his grandchildren, Sadie Love Harrison and Nicholas Elliot Crawford Potter; and his siblings, Paula Potter of Florida, Patricia MacRae of Roan Mountain, Randy Harrison of Roan Mountain and Michael Harrison of Roan Mountain.
