Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Perry Oxendine of Roan Mountain, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 75, on October 19, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Oxendine and Edith Brown Oxendine; his daughter-in-law Teresa Cairnes; his cousin Billy Glenn Johnson; and his sister-in-law Joy Oxendine.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ward Oxendine; his sons, Jack Oxendine and Kenny Cairnes (Terri Lynn); his grandchildren, Jonnie Cairnes, Nicholas Oxendine and April Barsi; his siblings, Billy Oxendine, Helen Head, Margaret Huddleston, James Oxendine and Janie Vineyard; his cousin Kermit Baker; and his close friend William Birchfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
