She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Cross Perry and Hazel Jean Wood Perry; her husband Richard Daniel Winters; and her brothers, Rodney Perry and Anthony Martin Perry.
She is survived by: her pet Twilight; her children, Dan Winters (Dawn) of Roan Mountain and Jennifer Street (Henry) of Roan Mountain; her grandchildren, Nikki Jenkins (Thomas), Richie Winters (Wendy) and Danny Winters; her great grandchildren, Kinlee Jenkins, Maddie Jenkins, Ezra Winters and Noah Winters; her sister Julia Ford (Joe); and her close friends, Karen Hill, Angi Lowery, Pat and Eddie Roark.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Rhododendron Chapel at Tetrick Funeral Home of Roan Mountain (8460 US-19E, Roan Mountain, TN 37687).
