She is survived by: her children, Stokes Cook, James Cook, Louise Johnson, Robert Cook and George Cook; her grandchildren, Ava Cook, Susan Cook, Brandon Cook, Melvin Cook, Stacy Shell, Dawn Cook, Billie Johnson, Bobby Johnson, Rebecca Johnson, Cathy Johnson, Isaac Johnson, Jennifer Cook, Jamie Cook and Shelby Cook; and her siblings, Carolyn Street, Betty Street and Jerry Street.
