He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe B. Shouse and Frances "Bobbie" Crumley Shouse. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his son Michael J. Shouse (Ashley); his siblings, Judy Orr and David Shouse (Linda); his grandchildren, Hadley and Levi Shouse; his parents-in-law, Harvey and Lois Buck; his nieces, Donna (Jim) and Gina; his nephew David (Stephani); and his aunt Jean McQueen.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
