Lonnie McKinney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lonnie McKinney of Roan Mountain, Tennessee, who passed away on October 13, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora McKinney and John McKinney; his sister Jolene Webb; and his wife Donna McKinney. He is survived by: his son Ronnie McKinney (Brittanie) of Beech Mountain; his grandchildren, Ivy McKinney of Newland and Jacob McKinney (Kristin) of California; his great grandchild Willow McKinney; and his siblings, Melba Hicks (Johnny) and Jimmy McKinney (Mariana). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Carter County is mandating that all citizens who live in or visit Carter County wear masks or facial coverings in public.
