He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wiley Orr and Cordelia Radford Orr. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hendrix Orr; and his children, Michael Orr (JoAnna), Rob Orr (Robin) and Crystal Winters (Tim).
