He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Barlow and Vallie Henson Barlow; his wife Patsy Barlow; and his sister Wilma Dunn. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Teresa Johnson and John Ingram of Roan Mountain; his brothers, Ben Barlow, Glenn Barlow of Roan Mountain and Roy Barlow of Deep Gap, NC; and his grandchildren, Hannah and Ashleigh Ingram.
