He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Franklin Osborne Sr. and Mary Margaret Osborne (Wolfe); his sister Hazel Irene Osborne; and his grandson Jayden Keyonne Haynes. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Tara Osborne (Randy Bell); his granddaughter Luna Grace Bell; his daughter Ginnefer Shannon (Osborne); and his grandchildren, Jordan Kayin Haynes (Millie Pierce), Rheagan Teara Haynes, Peighton Eleigha Haynes, Victor Tracy Haynes III (Tray) and Christian Jamison. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends whom he considered sons, daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
