She is survived by: her granddaughter Ellen Marie Phillips Holtsclaw; her spouse Murriel Holtsclaw (George Williams); her brothers, Charles Howard Fields (Claudia) and Earl Fields of Knoxville; her sons, Ricky Holtsclaw, Michael Holtsclaw and Kenneth Holtsclaw of Roan Mountain; her grandchildren, Wes Holtsclaw, Ashlee McKeehan, Carey Lynn Holtsclaw, Sarah Moore (Ryan) and Macala Caraway; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Pike, Sophia Moore, Rhett Moore and Dallas Bell. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
