Dillard L. Street Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dillard L. Street of Roan Mountain, Tennessee, who passed away on June 14, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, T. R. Street and Jennie Mae Street; his significant other Beulah Street (McKinney); and his sister Elewese Street. He is survived by: his children, Roy Street (Jeanette), Charlotte (Jim Smith), Vanessa (Ralph McKinney), Teresa (Raymond Stout), Chandrea (Richard Shell) and Missi (Dana Crawford); his sisters, Inez Stafford of Marble Mount, WA and Karen Dillinger; his siblings-in-law, Cecil Street and Louise Hughes; his grandchildren, Lawrence Street, Joshua Crawford, Cody Street, Dalton Shell, Emily Gray, Sarah Hardin, Ondrea McCourry and Ashley Crawford; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Jacob Street, Jayden, Hadley Gray, Bryson Hardin, Dillon and Danny McCourry; his child Heaton Creek; and his friend Dr. Devapiran Jaishankar. He is also survived by his extended family, many friends, and the grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may donate to the ACS Food Pantry (265 Heaton Creek Rd., Roan Mountain, TN 37687) in memory of Mr. Street, a faithful volunteer and supporter, or to Boones Creek Historical Trust (209 Grassy Valley Rd., Johnson City, TN 37615).
