He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lee Hughes; his son Tony Miller (Kim); his granddaughter Natasha; his great grandchildren, McKenzie and McKenlie Wooten of Roan Mountain; and his siblings, Rob Miller (Tonya) of Elizabethton, Frances Woods (James) of Hickory, NC, Retha Markland (Clay) and Julie Waycaster (Roy) of Morganton, NC.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
