He is survived by: his daughter Melissa; his son-in-law Michael France of Rives; his son James H.; his daughter-in-law Sherri Moore of Rives; his siblings, Doyce Miller of Union City and Walton; his sister-in-law Charlotte Moore of Newbern; his grandchildren, Jonathan France (Corey Anne) of Rives, Rebekah Simmons (Lee) of Mason Hall, Lilly Moore of Union City, James Tully Moore (Abby) of Rives, William Thomas Moore of Troy, Will Sisco of Rives and Wes Sisco of Rives; and his great grandchildren, Charlie Simmons of Mason Hall, Cory Simmons of Mason Hall, Caysen Simmons of Mason Hall, Helen Bess Simmons of Mason Hall, Jed France of Rives and Lucy France of Rives.
