She was predeceased by: her husband Laymon Wayne Jacobs; her parents, Bondy Mathis and Opal Halford Mathis; and her brother Bill Westbrooks. She is survived by: her children, Holly Carroll (Jonathon) of Caneyville, KY and Kevin Jacobs (Kathryn) of Gloucester, VA; her grandchildren, Andrew Garrigus, Jennifer Garrigus, Shelby Jacobs, Samantha Jacobs, Joshua Wilson, Kristian Humphries and Andrew Sanders; and her siblings, Linda King (James) of Dyer, TN and Buster Mathis (Pat) of Elgin. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
