He was predeceased by: his parents, William Daniel and Minnie Alice Baggett (Wiggins); his former wife Margaret Elizabeth Baggett (Hicks); his wife Marjorie Baggett (Waters); his children, Randy Jackson and Debbie; his stepson Gary Hatcher; his son-in-law Loyd Nutting; and his siblings, Joyce Cummings, William Eugene Baggett and James Allen Baggett.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Gumm (Gary) of Union City, Daniel B. Baggett (Marilyn) of Rives and Sellus Baggett (Shelia) of Union City; his stepchildren, Liz Taylor (J. T.) of Paris, Emily Nutting of Henry and Thomas Jackson (Tresia) of Springville; and his sisters, Janie Morgan (William) and Darlene Stewart (Ricky) of Corinth, Mississippi. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
