He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Haynes and Ethma Haynes Willcutt (Jones); and his siblings, Doug Haynes, Larry Haynes and Sherry Willcutt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deanna Miller of Troy and Kimberly Haynes of Rives; his siblings, Glen Willcutt (Theresa) of Halls, Teddy Willcutt (Michelle) of Union City, Sue Miller (Clyde) of Albuquerque, Linda Field (Graydon) of Woodlawn, Debbie Bradshaw of Union City, Sandy Dailey (Chuck) of Troy, Ginger Wills (Tim) of McKenzie and Vickie Aton (Chris) of Union City; and his grandchildren, Jacob West of Hudson, Florida, Brandy West of Hudson and Shelena Leonard of Crystal River, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
