He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Ann Campbell (Cox); his daughters, Jana Akins of Clarksville, TN, Leona Moore of Clarksville, TN and Heather Bon Giorni of Ripley, TN.; his sister Susie Campbell of Ripley, TN; and his grandchildren, Hailey Akins, Hanna Akins, Barrett Moore, Sebastain Moore, Demetri Moore and Braxton Walker.
