She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Shouse Watkins of Ripley, TN; her sister Debbie Fair of Powell, TN; her grandchildren, Marshall Watkins III, Thomas "Red" Watkins, Noah Watkins, Julie Watkins and Isabella Watkins; and her nephew Adam Fair. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
