She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman H. Waterson and Ruth Waterson (Waddell); her sons, Timothy Stewart and Marty Stewart; and her brothers, Herman Waterson and James King.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Stewart Jr.; and her son Johnny Stewart of Jackson, TN.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
