She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvis Pugh and Myrtle Adams Pugh; her husband James Tolbert; her children, Judy Eulene Booker and Thomas Booker; her stepsons, Jimmy Tolbert and Len Tolbert; and her siblings, Eulene Gentles, Ada Mingoia, Violet Townsend and Paul Pugh.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeanette Grantland of Ripley, TN; her stepdaughter Barbara Hamsley of Chattanooga, TN; and her sons, Don Booker of Millington, TN and Marvin Booker of Ripley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
