She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Albert and Lois Morris, Sr. (Strickland); her husband Jimmy Gaines, Sr.; and her son Jim Gaines, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Michael Gaines of Gates, TN; her siblings, Janie Morris of Ripley, TN and Paul Morris (Carmen) of Ripley, TN; her grandchildren, Kayla Stephens, DJ Stephens and Zackary Gaines; and her pet Benji.
