He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Sullivan and Essie Sullivan; his son Michael Sullivan; and his siblings, Penny Sullivan and Don Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Marie Uselton-Sullivan (Cannon); his children, Felecia Cox, Jimmy Wayne Sullivan of Ripley, TN and Eric Sullivan of Chattanooga, TN; his stepdaughters, Kathy Taylor of Ripley, TN, Julie Wright of Halls, TN and Tracie Hensley of Ripley, TN.; and his sisters, Linda Hathock of Laurel, MS and Judy Autman.
The funeral service will be private. Due to COVID 19 restrictions: social distancing and face masks are required.
