He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolphus Clark and Edna Simmons Clark; his wife Shirley Ann Clark; his son Timothy Clark; and his siblings, Cecil Clark, Kathleen Lovelace and Jewel Simmons.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Clark (Sonya) of Ripley, TN and Bro. Randy Clark (Melanae) of Palos Hills, IL; and his brothers, Berle Clark, James Clark and Charlie Clark. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
