He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Hughey and Annie Mae Welch Hughey; and his siblings, James Hughey and Bernodine Hughey. He is survived by: his siblings, Benton Hughey (Lynda) of Collierville, Wayne Hughey (Carole) of Covington, Debbie Daniel (Scott) of Covington and Thomasine Hughey of Ripley.
