She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Dotson. She is survived by: her husband William Watkins; her children, Matthew Dunn, Josh Mills and Hannah Caldwell; and her brothers, Mike Reeves and Mark O'Neal. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren.
