She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Yarbro and Almeda Merryman Yarbro. She is survived by: her husband Michael James Perez of Ridgely, Tennessee; her children, Jackie Wilson (Kazety) of Dyersburg, Randy Delacruz (Renea) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Amii Sanchez of Dyersburg and Angela Wilson of Ridgely, Tennessee; her brother Bill Yarbro of De Pere, Wisconsin; and her half-sister Alice Holten of Henderson. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
