She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fowler and Lovelle Fowler; her husband Coy Leake; her sisters, Betty Lou Eason, Alice McLean and Linda Smith; and her great grandchild Harper Shae Leake.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Leake (Debbie) of Tiptonville, TN, Alan Leake (Sandy) of Knoxville, TN, Jason Leake (Amy) of Newbern, TN and Suzette Simmons of Ridgely, TN; her grandchildren, Jill Petty (TJ), LeAnn Simmons, Patrick Leake (Jessica), Kayce Bunch (Eric), Laura Beth Lancaster (John), Anna Elisabeth Barre (DJ), Emma Ash (Matthew), Alec Leake, Alli Stewart (Jacob), Kady Beth Leake and Bailey Leake; and her siblings, John Wayne Fowler of Ridgely, TN, Larry Fowler of Ripley, TN, Roger Fowler of Newbern, TN, Jackie Fowler of Ridgely, TN, Barbara Whitt of Dyersburg, TN. and Freida Hardee of Dyersburg, TN.. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
