She is survived by: her husband Freddie Smith of Ridgely, TN; her son Corey Smith (Nicole) of Memphis, TN; her siblings, Donnie Tate of Ridgely, TN, Joe Tate of Obion, TN, Carol Gatlin of Rogersville, AL, Brenda Campbell of Hornbeak, TN, Jessica Moore of Ridgely, TN, Sharon Moore of Ridgely, TN and Nancy York of Ridgely, TN; and her grandchildren, Eli Smith, Cora Smith, Madelyn Smith and Michael Smith.
