He is survived by: his wife Tammie Hopper; his children, Russell Gene Hopper, II and Claire Elizabeth Hopper; his sister Debra Vaughn (Marty) of Tiptonville, TN; his cousin Macky Wilson (Sandy); and his pet Miley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
